Jessica has been an integral part of the American Red Cross since 2001. Currently, she holds a significant position with the Global Disaster Preparedness Center (GDPC), where she manages the Center's digital tools.
Jessica's expertise lies in overseeing various essential digital tools, including the Universal App Program, the WhatNow Service, Atlas: Ready for Business preparedness app, and PrepareCenter. Her deep understanding and experience in utilizing technology for disaster preparedness make her an invaluable asset to the GDPC.
