Benjamin Stokes is an assistant professor at American University, affiliated with the AU Game Lab. His designs for cities have introduced neighbors, retold local history, and rebuilt payphones. Previously, Benjamin worked at the MacArthur Foundation as a program officer in their portfolio on Digital Media and Learning. He is a co-founder of Games for Change. Benjamin's research publications range from participatory design to neighborhood storytelling and urban mapping by bicycle.
