Jennifer Dalsen is UX Researcher at Facebook and a PhD graduate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Her prior experience includes harnessing qualitative and quantitative data streams to better understand player behavior at Electronic Arts (EA), Gear Learning, and Games+Learning+Society. Jennifer is highly interested in product accessibility, digital privacy education, and innovative approaches to tracking user behavior in large gaming environments.
