Philip Courtney has served as the CEO at Urban Arts Partnership (UAP) since 2003. Since that
time the organization has grown into New York City’s largest arts education organization, directly serving more than 100 schools, 500 teachers and 15,000 students a year. Under Philip’s leadership, UAP has developed nationally recognized programs and consistently led the field in innovative and impact-driven arts education programming. Philip lives in Brooklyn, is married to Christine and has two children, Miles and Emma, both of whom attend New York City public schools.
